A Personal Spiritual Journal   Every registered member within your ministry's online discipleship center receives a secure spiritual journal. The spiritual journal program archives all entries by month and date. The program allows members to have a safe and private place by which they can record daily events, life situations, and prayer concerns. Members may make specific journal entries viewable to ministry staff.

User Account Self-Management   Every registered member within your ministry's online discipleship center is able to manage their own contact information. If their address, email, or cell phone number changes, members can update this information online in a matter of seconds. Your ministry may then export these changes to update your church management software.

Family Information   Every registered member within your ministry's online discipleship center can enter and update their family information... including photos!
Education/Training Information   Every registered member within your ministry's online discipleship center is able to enter and update their own training and education information. This information may be particularly helpful when used in conjuction with our e-learning capabilities, and when seeking to mobilize people into ministry service.

Personal Calendar   Every registered member within your ministry's online discipleship center receives a personal calendar. The personal calendar also displays ministry events (in green) and if they have been assigned to ministry departments, department events will display in blue. All personal events are private and display in red.
Data Export   E-Church Essentials offers CSV data export. This feature enables your ministry to archive its data, import the data into Microsoft Office for use in mass mailing campaigns, synchronize data with cell phones and PDA's, or import the data into your church's management software.
